Responsabilidades

Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel (5S).

Responsible for managing the day to day plant production operations.

Direct and manage plant operations for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost

Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses

Maintains quality and safety programs and policies as administered by corporate.

Coordinate plant activities to ensure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner

Monitor overall plant performance for safety, production and quality standards.

Drive improvements in plant operations, manufacturing processes and procedures leading to productivity and efficiency gains.

Strong working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.

Requisitos

BA or BS Degree with a strong preference in engineering.

Ability to manage, train, and coach people effectively in a changing environment.
