JOB SUMMARY:

Partners and supports the strategic directions of the company by aligning programs on employee engagement, data management and employee benefits administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, BIR, and other related concerns.
• and administration of employee benefits.(medical reimbursement – excel, employee attrition rate, average age)- HR analytics
• employee data, and analyses it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to improve the functional productivity and workflow of the HR team.
• the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data. Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making.
• and analyse annual employee engagement program and wellbeing.
