Job Summary:

The Admin and IT Support Associate will provide both office administrative support and frontline IT support for the Company:
• On-site office manning
• POC for Company and Client Equipment and Work tools
• Assists the Head of Admin with office administrative tasks
• Manage company WFH Security Processes such as access control, management and safeguards
• Manage and resolve IT-related concerns of employees such as conducting investigation of IT issues, conducting appropriate and timely troubleshooting and endorse to appropriate personnel, team and/or vendor more complex IT issues
• Responsible and accountable for IT offboarding of all employees such as ensuring all access to company, customer and/or client related files, data, systems, tools and equipment are deleted
