Position Summary:

As a Social Intelligence Specialist, you will be working closely with the Global Social Intelligence team supporting our global network of analysts in delivering high-quality social intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations. By collaborating with the team and stakeholders, you will ensure a clear interpretation of requests and map business needs to coach the teams to success and provide valuable intelligence to our partners.
