Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate, you will have the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to:Investigate industrial incidents, especially ones with high consequences and understand the hazards related to industrial facilities and their relevant controls.Identify, preserve, and examine incident evidence using widely accepted forensic science principles.Support investigation teams by ensuring proper investigation techniques are understood and used.Conduct through investigations using appropriate investigative tools for the incident in question.Understand incident causation and impact of human factors.Develop and/or thoroughly review all draft incident investigation reports and complete all stages of review.Identify recommendations that should be shared globally for corporate wide implementation.Develop lessons learned and safety alerts/bulletins to communicate actions to prevent recurrence.Educate employees, contractors, and others, to ensure timely...
