“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is looking for the person who who is interested to be a part of business expansion and establish operational excellences as “Accountant” to support the business expansion and account operations.

Responsibilities:

Finance operation;
• Reconcile AP (Account Payable) balance and confirm aging.
• Handle all invoices process from suppliers.
• Follow up invoices and share outstanding balance to suppliers.
• Review and reconcile duty clearance and upload to system.
• Confirm general cost transaction and upload to system.
• Coordinate with person in charge to submit invoice on time.
• Monitor/Follow up urgent payment request and submit document to tax team.
• Support invoices register on system and solve issues with our shared service team.
• Review petty cash operation and confirm top up money each month.
• Process Payment
• Coordinate with Revenue Department and Bank for new store matter.
• Finance support for store operation
• Ad-hoc project related tasks
