UPMC Home Health is hiring a float full-time homecare Physical Therapist to complete SOC assessments in parts of Allegheny and Westmoreland County. This person would work Fridays and Saturdays with the required third day of the work week negotiable for a total of 36 hours a week (three 12-hour days). This candidate would need to be available Monday through Friday during the orientation period.

Purpose:
Provide age-sensitive professional physical therapy care in the home setting including admission visits, evaluation, instruction, and treatment to patients to maximize functional abilities and ensure optimal care.
