Job Purpose:

To Manage, Develop and Lead in the execution of sales strategies that increase profitability to maximise sales objectives. Manage and develop specific Customer base to achieve projected sales and market share targets.

Required Learning
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification/Diploma will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role in FMCG environment.

• Work to develop a full understanding of the content and then execute the regional business plan to achieve the objectives set by Line.
• This includes delivery-of-care system delineation.
• Account targeting.
• Needs assessment.
• Program implementation.
• Manage a team to achieve regional and divisional targets.
