The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.

Responsibilities

Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently

Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock

Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch

Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager

Call and visit the branch’s customer base(on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry preferred

Managerial experience beneficial

Must come from a sales background

Technical refrigeration product knowledge

Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry)

Intermediate MS Office

Proficient Excel skills

Proficient Interpersonal skills

Active listening skills

Networking
