Technical IT Specialist responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, support, and service improvements in the MES environment for Sasol and other clients in Sasolburg & Secunda.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
• Maintenance and Support of MES systems (Aspentech, OSIsoft (Aveva), Wonderware, etc)
• Project execution
• Mentoring of junior staff
• User support
• Documentation

Functional Skills and Knowledge Required
• OSIsoft (Aveva) PI & AF
• Aspentech Manufacturing Suite
• Wonderware Suite of Products (optional)
• Solid Understanding of Network Principles & Troubleshooting
• SQL Server Skills

Experience
• At least 10 years’ experience in OT design, deployment & support
