Our Client, an International Personal Care and Dermology brand, is looking for a Group Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Cape Town.

Qualifications And Experience
• Chartered Accountant (SA): non-negotiable
• 10 years of Financial experience in the personal care/cosmeceutical manufacturing industry.
• 5 years in a Senior Financial Management role.
• Stakeholder management experience (EXCO, Board, Shareholders)
• Financial Accounting packages (Syspro)

Role Overview
• Lead the Finance & IT Teams
• Drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee the budgeting, Financial planning, and financial forecasting
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and recommend financial risk management, capital allocation and treasury activities
