Requirements

As the Orders Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and improving our systems and processes, from sales order to delivery. Working closely with the warehouse and sales teams, you will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting our company's KPIs and exceeding customer expectations. General Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with shipping logistics and terminology.
• Strong understanding of stock management and order processing systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software packages like Xero.
