• Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from customers
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases using MS Excel
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints or concerns
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed
