Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Bakery Supervisor to join our Bakery team on a full-time basis at our location in Vermilion, AB. Reporting to the Bakery Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
- Provide leadership and direction to the Bakery team in order to ensure a highly productive atmosphere exists
- Assist Bakery Manager in directing and overseeing the Bakery team in production, housekeeping, inventory management, and stocking shelves
- Assist Bakery Manager with performance management for the Bakery department
- Assist Bakery Manager with sales and margin targets
- Actively out on the sales floor working one-on-one with team members and leading by example
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Bakery department
- Ordering, receiving, warehousing and stocking of product daily
