As a WHS Cluster Health Manager (m/w/d) you are homebased in one FC but responsible for a Team of Health Coordinators and Health Integration Advisors as well as the health process management of your cluster (4 FCs: Rheinberg, Mönchengladbach, Oelde, Koblenz ). You will be responsible to control, survey, monitor and standardize health measures as well as health compliance across your respective cluster. Besides the strong focus of people management, you are also the next escalation level for all upcoming issues in your cluster. Regular alignments with other stakeholders and site visits in the cluster are a mandatory part of the role.
