We are looking for a new colleague in our Production Friction Materials Group team for our site in Alfaro (La Rioja).

What you can look forward to as Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d):
• Process analysis and optimization – finding bottlenecks and weak points in production process. Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN Tools
• Implementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiative
• Continuous Improvement – drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimization
• Conducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops of Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinking
• Networking – be part of worldwide network of specialist, where you can learn or advise. Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, coordinate improvements, share best... More Detail
