Role: Procurement Administration Support

Location: Amboise

Duration: 3 Months with potential to extend

Start Date: June 2024

The role:

Due to an increase In work volumes, a busy manufacturing organisation is looking for support for its Procurement function. You will support a dedicate procurement team by providing administration support using your skills with SAP to contribute to a range of projects.
• Help for HTH rebranding Project
• EDI transmissions to external warehouses
• MIGO for subcontracted products (SAP transactions)
• Management of invoices of indirect POs with AP team
• PO amendments in SAP
• Management of all vendor complaints + KPI

Requirements

The requirements
• Previous experience within a Purchasing or Procurement function
• Knowledge of SAP
• Good administration skills
• Fluency in French & English
• Good IT skills and a knowledge of Microsoft systems
