JOB TITLE - Field Care Supervisor

Location - Totton

Salary - £13.10 - £23.00

MAIN PURPOSE

An exciting opportunity to join our client as a Field Care Supervisor within our Specialist Care Team has arisen. We are looking for an experienced Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant with a QCF or NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care who are ready to progress their career. Leading a wider team in supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our communities ensuring they live happy and fulfilled lives is all but one aspect of the role.

The Role

Are you a Senior Health Care Assistant with NVQ2?

Are you a strong leader that encourages with and has a ‘hands on approach’ to support?

Assist the Specialist Care service with inducting new car support staff to our workforce?

Ensure staff sickness absences are covered with your staff?

Undertake face to face supervisions with support staff in line with CQC regulations
