Responsibilities

Account Management & Service Delivery
• Liaison with the client to develop new mandates and deliver existing mandates at the client in the best way possible.
• Network with various stakeholders at the client office to get a better understanding of the pulse and possible feedback from the client.
• Document and prepare a catalogue with a list of all the materials, timings and schedule for their audit and inspection.
• Coordinate with the officer and customer to go to the client site to see and inspect the specific materials.
