• Management of employee Masterfile
• Benefits administration: Handles recreational benefits, food, subsidies, fringe & medical benefits, allowances and reimbursements of employee benefits.
• Coordinates with government agencies – SSS/Phil health/Pag-Ibig for benefits remittances.
• Processes employee benefits such as leave credits and merit increase
• Prepares monthly statistics for partners (Perfect Attendance, Birthday Celebrants, Hiring Anniversary etc.);
• Prepares Suggestion Contest Evaluations and results
• Checks the result of suggestion contest; handles administrative and purchasing functions

Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
