Position Overview:

The Industrial Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between management, employees and third parties within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on promoting a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and resolving workplace conflicts efficiently and fairly.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Legal or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations issues and negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
