Responsibilities
• Support Operations with regard to planning issues
• Correct transformation of quotations to orders for paper and machines
• Creating warehouse orders and production orders for machines
• Determine the correct order sizes with regard to maximum dimensions and weight for combinations of different kinds of paper, machines and modes of transportation
• Collect and combine sales orders, service orders, marketing attributes, etc
• Process order changes
• Respond to questions from Innersales, Marketing, Operations, etc.
• Support Master Production Scheduler in all attentive tasks
• Maintain a high service level for all items ranging from converter parts to finished paper and converters
• Maintain acceptable inventory levels in line with the demand
• Manage demand planning and forecasting activities
