Seeking a competent and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team and our beautiful Game Farm situated just outside Bela-Bela in the Limpopo Province.

POSITION INFO: Leadership Qualities:
Well-spoken individual who takes initiative and leads by example for the team.
Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with the ability to excel in System, Structure, and Planning (SSP).
Staff Management:
Proven record of effectively and empathetically managing a team of at least 50 staff members.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Afrikaans and English to facilitate effective communication with staff, guests, and local communities.
Customer Relations Skills:
Exhibits excellent people relations skills with hands-on experience in hosting duties.
Diversity and Cultural Sensitivity:
Able to work seamlessly with a diverse group of people, including staff, rural communities, and 5-star guests.
