Job Description / Responsibility
• Lead Industrial Engineering Team, Coach Subordinates and improvers engagement, setup and continues improves IE procedures with modern technology.
• Reduce non value adding activities, Drive actions to create standardization and simplification of process.
• Provide improvement Proposal to optimize manufacturing process and operation, establish standard procedures.
• Ensure costing SMV to Merchandiser.
• Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material.
• Garments analysis & style development for reducing costing.
• Implement and sustain the effective works methods/ systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
• Monitor relevant production parameters and taking actions to ensure a smooth flow production.
• Plan QCO layout & analyze performance accuracy of the same prior to releasing it to production flow.
• Acting as an internal trainer for IE with in the plant qualification.
