Position: Site Supervisor- Lubrication Services

Location: Bidadi, Bengaluru

Job Summary:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for getting the job done by the Fluid Handlers/Lube Technicians in your shift. Your primary goal will be to – ensure proper and documented job allocation to Fluid Handlers (FH) and there compliance. In addition you would be responsible for record updating, consumables consumption in your shift . You are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with the Shop Floor Managers, operators and the FHs - understand their needs, and offer effective solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the Site In-charge and carry out tasks delegated to you. You are expected to have exhaustive knowledge of each and every activities expected to be carried out by the FHs. You will also work as a Site in-charge in case the S.I is on leave or absent.
