The Kusnacht Practice is currently seeking a Case Manager. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who loves people and ideally has a healthcare background. You will play a key role in our client’s treatment journey by meeting with them frequently to ensure full client satisfaction. Your team-oriented spirit makes you a natural fit for our collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage clients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring top-quality care
• Coordinate treatment aspects in both residential and remote settings for excellent client experience
• Serve as the central communication point for the treatment team, including Live-In Counsellors (LICs) and external consultants
• Conduct regular care plan reviews, incorporating client feedback to enhance their experience
