• Maintain strong client relationships by providing superior customer service and effectively addressing inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve client issues promptly and accurately, offering appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex problems following standard procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in customer service training programs to improve knowledge and skills and provide exceptional support.
Requirements:
• English proficiency level: B2+ to C1.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience.
