Requirements:

- - A degree from a university or a technical college
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project and sales management
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent command of German as a native language and proficient in English
- Proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities:

- - Increase brand awareness of Social Deal in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Establish and implement the local business model and sales strategy
- Recruitment of new partners and maintaining contacts
- Establishment and management of the sales team/account managers
- Collaboration with the head office in Den Bosch, Netherlands
- Financial responsibility for the region
- Training in Den Bosch during the first month and in other active cities
