Responsible for the Soft Facilities Management (SFM) at the Sennelager Training Centre and NATO Forward Sennelager (NFS), the Soft Facilities Manager ensures timely and efficient delivery of SFM advice, compliance with health and safety standards, and strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborating with industry partners, the manager addresses project / site issues, provides regular reports to users, and supports Change Management initiatives. Additionally, the manager monitors compliance with policy, instructions, and guidance, supports budget and financial management activities, and assists with programme management within the area of responsibility.

Furthermore, the Soft Facilities Manager takes on significant environmental responsibilities, particularly in managing waste and water systems.
