As a junior consultant at Improve Business, you'll have the opportunity to challenge conventional approaches and bridge the gap between private companies and motivated, highly-educated professionals.

You will be employed as a junior consultant, and your primary task is to support the project manager in outreach recruitment tasks related to the execution of the employment program. This includes recruiting both candidates and private companies with development potential.
