We are looking for Automotive Product Engineer for our team in Barcelona to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

- Project Reception. RFQ quote. Feasibility of mold, part and process, quality. Ensuring that there are no problems between components.

- Contact with technical office, processes, quality and injection.

- Plant monitoring of problems that may arise in the launch phase. Parts capacity analysis. Tolerance analysis.

- Design, feasibility, prototyping etc.

- Problems in production processes. Specialized interior trim.

- In launch fase: find solutions for any problems, review of prototypes and design modifications with CatiaV5/Solidworks. Work with documentation like: RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, cost savings, SPC's, quality regulations. Studies of feasibility, documentation of materials, tolerances, etc.

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineer with +4 years of experience at Automotive sector.
