Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrative Assistant located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Your duties may include managing schedules, organizing files and documents, answering phone calls and emails, typing letters, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, secretary, or office assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Amharic and English
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
