Technical Services Analyst (2nd line Infrastructure)

Location:

Luton (with option to work 3 days from home after probation)

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

Skills:

2nd line support infrastructure support including M365, Exchange online, MS Teams, Citrix, plus systems admin skills in VMWare and / or M365.

• To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts and issues around M365, Exchange online and Citrix related queries.
