Assistant Lettings Manager – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ash Vale

Salary: £25,000 + commission

Position: Full time – Permanent

We are a small, independent Sales and Lettings Agency who are looking to recruit an Assistant Lettings Manager to join our team based at our office in Ash Vale.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, driven and personable Assistant Lettings Manager with experience in the Surrey market to build and grow the business within our already successful firm.

This is a senior role so previous experience in Residential Lettings and running and managing a small team; of dealing with landlords, accounts, staff motivation and marketing are essential.

The perfect candidate will also be a member of ARLA, but not essential.

You will be expected to work 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri and then every other Saturday 9:30am-2:30pm.

We have a small office dog so any applicant must be comfortable around dogs.
