Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operations including monitoring of day-to-day production planning & scheduling, production progress, process improvement, quality control, resources allocation & cost management etc to ensure the efficient, quality and safe operations of the factory.
• Recruit and train talented candidate of all workshops including but not limited to PFL, HTL, Paper Printing, Thermal, RFID etc.
• Analyse projects requirements and support senior on defining project plan, annual budgets.
• Facilitate lean/ KPI to the floor plan and promote 5S to the working environment.
• Set quality strategies to drive company quality cultures and quality improvements in process, product, and system with training.
• Responsible to design, develop, manage and implement a quality standard with clear processes.
