FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

(To be based at Medan (Office & Factory), North Sumatra, Indonesia),

Key Responsibility:
• To ensure the monthly accounts are prepared / closed in a timely manner.
• To take care of all the Indonesian taxes that are relevant to our company i.e. income taxes, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, custom duties etc.
• To handle statutory auditors, tax authorities, government authorities, bankers etc.
• To prepare the monthly stock costing/valuation, sales reports, production reports etc.
• To prepare annual budgets, manage cashflow of the company, prepare Board Meeting papers and any other ad-hoc reports that Management requires.
• To oversee the internal controls of the operations and act as a gate keeper to safeguard the companies’ assets.
• Able to handle payroll and other general back-office functions

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3-5 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment .
