Experience: 4+ years

Work timings: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruiting experience focused on IT, and IT Sales profiles.
• Should have strong experience with US on-site hiring and sales executives.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels such as job portals, social media channels & employee referrals.
• Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
• Experience with various interview methods and assessment tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
