GENERAL OVERVIEW

Responsible for the management and development of the IFF (both AFF and OFF business) in Italy, in collaboration with MD and RHQ, in compliance with the "pillars" defined by RHQ: OPS, COMMERCIAL, PROCUREMENT

Results will be measured and evaluated on the basis of direct contribution to the improvement of IFF business development
• Growth strategy

Responsible for the development of a plan to achieve sustained expansion and increased profitability over time. Definition of specific actions and initiatives that the organization will undertake to grow its market share, revenue, and overall value
• IFF Operations

Oversee and coordinate international transportation operations. Definition of objectives, department organization, resolution of operational and management problems, profitability control.

Definition and achievement of budget objectives for the IFF department, performance analysis for the achievement of the budget, in line with RHQ directives.
