The Accreditation Administrator position is within the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) in the Office of the Provost. IE provides institutional support for the achievement of strategic goals in academic excellence through developing policies and procedures, and coordinating activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the University’s educational delivery.

The scope of IE's activities encompasses:
• supporting the implementation of the University’s strategy related to accreditation, evaluation and participation in the university rankings;
• conducting institutional research and analytics to support evidence-based strategic decision-making, institutional planning and assessment;
• supporting continuous quality enhancement of the University’s academic and educational programmes.
