We are looking for Head of HR that will lead HR function in Coca-Cola İçecek Kyrgyzstan operation.

What We Expect
• Lead, coordinate, and improve overall strategical and operational activities, such as: Talent Acquisition and retention; headcount planning; learning and development activities; Talent Management, performance management; employee engagement; employee relations, personnel administration, policies, and procedures; compensation management and employee’s welfare,
• Lead Budgeting of OPEX and Cost Management,
• Ensure full compliance with local labor legislation, company standards and policies,
• Monitor & analyze HR metrics; bring People Agenda to Leadership & people managers; create action plans and its follow-ups. Consulting, partnering, providing feedback.
