Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Gathering
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Critical Thinking and Solution Design
• Design innovative solutions to address complex infrastructure management challenges.
