Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive - Inbound at Colombo. The Travel Executive - Inbound will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, communicating with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing travel management.

Qualifications
• Posses A minimum of 1-2 year experience in the Inbound Travel industry
• Sound Knowledge in the process of planning, Executing and handling Inbound Travel itineraries with a fair understanding of hotel rates and Suppliers.
• Travel Arrangements and Travel Consulting skills
• Excellent communication skills(Fluent in English both written and verbal)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience in travel management is preferred
• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
