Roles and responsibilities:
• Monthly preparation of the matrix of intercompany operations
• Preparation of supporting work papers for transfer pricing studies
• Coordinate the transfer pricing information with auditors and external advisors, as well as the receipt of their reviews.
• Prepare and submit BEPS local and master reports.
• Prepare Monthly Maquila Sales Calculation (Mark Up)
• Calculation of the Monthly Advance Payment of Income Tax, VAT and Withholdings
• Performing Tax Account Reconciliations (CARS)
• Prepare Monthly Informative Declarations (DIOT)
• Preparation of the Account to Tax Reconciliation and all its support calculations such as Annual Adjustment for Inflation. (Quarterly and Annually)
• Filling out and sending the Annual Declaration
• Prepare the Forecast of Monthly Tax Payments
• Filling and Sending Forms 76 and 96
• Filling out and sending the new declaration of Partners and Shareholders
