UNHCR Mexico is looking for a dynamic and well-rounded Community-based Protection RUNV, with refugee protection knowledge, experience working directly with communities and in the field, initiative and self-management abilities. Technical knowledge must be combined with interpersonal skills, tact, and emotional intelligence. Results orientated, operationally focused and practical, with high motivation to work for UNHCR are key qualities for the role. Furthermore, they must be a natural team player, able to manage various priorities and time pressure, and familiar with multicultural environments. Fluency in Spanish is required and working knowledge of English is desired.
