• Maintaining documentation and records to properly support purchases, ensuring auditable traceability that guarantees transparency of operations.
• Negotiating the best commercial conditions, concurrently generating added value and cost savings while maintaining quality, service levels, and timely response according to user needs.
• Ensuring compliance with established approval workflows based on current financial authority delegation before generating purchase orders.
