• To provide training, coaching, mentoring and other support needed by the BC Head, Business Development Manager (BDM)s. Business Relationship Manager (BRM)s, NBREs of Business Banking and the SME Business Development Executives (BDE) of the respective region.
• Conduct sales activities, each and every CBMs has target of GPW to be achieved.
• Maintaining high percentage of renewal and n to negotiating renewal term with customer
• Increase business growth to enable us to grow our business with profit and we are monitoring it via our EIS system report for each and every business centre / growth with profit
