Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦120,000

Responsibilities:
• Manage the organization’s staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring & onboarding
• Orientate new employees & training existing employees
• Monitor employee performance
• Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll, benefits & leave administration
• Prepare job descriptions, posting job vacancy adverts
• Maintain employee records
• Create & implement onboarding plans
• Plan & implement staff training programs. Conduct performance & salary reviews
• Investigate employee issues & conflicts, & resolve them
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Implement employee retention strategies
• Monitor clock-in and clock-out of employees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• HND/Bachelor’s Degree qualification in a relevant discipline. Additional qualification is an advantage
