Job Purpose:

The MEA Banking and International Business Execution team reports to the MEA Cluster and Banking Head, and matrix reports to the COO of Banking and International. The BE team in MEA is responsible for the execution of business-critical initiatives and programs, enabling business growth by coordinating client focused initiatives, Legal Entity management, Legal Entity Controls, and Transformation execution.

The Business Execution (BE) Lead in Nigeria is responsible for supporting the CCO and Banking Head with the growth and client strategy of the franchise, Legal Entity management through an efficient and streamlined governance model, enhancing the Controls environment, promoting a culture of proactive controls, and leading the transformation execution.
