Main Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Digital Commerce Lead are to be the main driver of Digital Commerce evolution among key stakeholders, continuously innovate (in terms of services, activities, processes, skills, capabilities and tools), promote digital commerce related service line best practices with IBS operation teams across centers, pilot new services, and support the delivery of solutions. Lead the digital commerce team and promote the services and engage with potential new partners.

Key Outputs

Driving Excellence through alignment with IBS and IMS
• Implement/operationalize strategy for Digital Commerce as defined by IBS and Global eBusiness
• Develop relationships with key internal (Group Marketing, Category leads, IT, IBS Operations) and external (agencies) stakeholders
• Represent digital commerce services within Group Marketing function
• Lead the engagement for of projects leveraging newly created service line(s) as well as complex/global projects
