Your Role
• To lead and supervise all the Branch channel activities in order to achieve predetermined KPIs;
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of branch service delivery and operations ensuring increased productivity in terms of cost reduction and channel profitability, adherence to premises standards, complaints management and compliance to regulations & policies.
• Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Bank’s products and services through effective management of Branch Operations, Customer Service, staff and resources, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.

• Ensures excellent and seamless delivery at the Branch - accurate, timely, responsive, as well as smooth flow of Branch operations through fast and efficient disposition of daily transactions
